In order to allow you to accept assignments away from your home and to make a good impression on your clients, UMALIS allows you to have a company vehicle that you can use both for professional and private purposes. As part of an LOA, you can also buy back the current vehicle or at the end of the lease, and this at an attractive buy-back value agreed in advance.
For any professional and private trip with comfort, Umalis provides you with a company vehicle. A car is offered to you as part of an LOA (the possibility of redemption) or LDD.
Once the model has been chosen, UMALIS manages the rental contract for your company vehicle for you and acts as guarantor with the lessor.

Our offer allows you to choose the ideal car among many new models or recent used ones.
We set up the maintenance and insurance contract for you throughout the rental contract.
With this new offer, you rent your vehicle for the duration of the financing. At the end of the rental, or when you leave Umalis, you can become the owner (if you have opted for the LOA) and recover it at its residual value or simply renew your contract to change the model.
Terms of acquisition of the company car:
Any consultant working for Umalis wishing to benefit from this offer will only have to choose:
The type of rental (LOA or LLD)
The model, among a choice of models in our Car Policy for the LLD or on the Autosphere website for an LOA (thousands of vehicles available)
When the keys are handed over, the consultant signs an amendment to the employment contract to include the clause on the company vehicle, then UMALIS takes care of all administrative negotiations (rental contract, insurance, maintenance, taxation)
Then the monthly payments are taken from the consultant’s activity account according to the type of contract, the model, the duration and the mileage.
The benefit in kind corresponding to the company vehicle is indicated on the payslip.
In addition, fuel costs can be declared as business expenses.
